Thanksgiving delights

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and you are enjoying your holiday weekend! We’re having a fabulous time; Paul has been off work for the holiday, the weather’s been getting more Christmas-like, and we’ve been enjoying our time home together as a family. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

And on Thanksgiving, our family got together at Paul’s grandma’s house and totally indulged ourselves on delicious food! Turkey, ham, sweet potato casserole, green beans (the best green beans EVER, which are made by Paul’s grandmother herself!), green salad, deviled eggs, mashed potatoes, rolls, salad, pudding pie, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, coconut pie… my mouth is already watering just thinking about it all again! Even Nathan, who is picky so we thypically have to pack a seperate lunch for him, ate some of the deliciousness. Of course, we brought leftovers home but (no surprise) we ate every last crumb already.

I love this time of year! I’m so excited about Christmas!
