Another Year Older
Yep. Today, I am officially one more year older. The big 2-9. That much closer to thirty.
But there is hope on the horizon.
I’ve heard that for us women, 40 is the new 20. That means I still have over a decade to really enjoy the prime of my life!
So I got on here tonight to say that for my birthday present to myself, I’m not going to write a post.
But writing a post to tell you guys that I won’t be writing a post kind of defeats the purpose, doesn’t it? So, Nathan is asleep for the night… and now I am off to enjoy the rest of my evening!

Well, I had a doctor’s appointment yesterday concerning this ongoing neck and shoulder pain I’ve been having. I thought it was slowly mending itself, but then the pain flared up again. Sitting outside together, enjoying some beautiful weather. And oh yeah. Nathan loves having his picture taken. Thank you! I just noticed the other day that I have a few more wrinkles than I did last time I looked, so hearing someone say I’m still young is quite refreshing!!
